Unable to synchronize with target.

2,  Warning: The JTAG cable you are using is not supported for Nios
            II systems.  You may experience intermittent JTAG communication
            failures with this cable.  Please use a USB Blaster revision B
            cable or another supported cable.  Please refer to the file
            errata.txt included in the Nios II development kit documents
            directory for more information.

No. 1 你的CPU上没有debug module。
No. 2 不用去理会，这是软件的一个历史问题，以前用Byte blaster不可靠，所以给出这个信息，现在Byte Blaster 也可以使用了，但软件里这一信息没去掉。
