Job Description:
1. Management of the total Component Engineering Group in GDC. The group encompasses a component test team, BG and BU LEAP component engineers, and a mechanical design team.
Drive CE competence improvement to match the demands, including training, coaching for the people, maintaining equipment, information, relationship etc. available; Appraise subordinates in the group
2. Register and report on PPM and field returns, support the analysis, containment and improvement activities (through 8D teams for failures). Support the DfSS program with supplier/component statistical data for development.
3. As member of the GDC staff, co-accountable for the continuous drive to improve the overall competence, e.g. support the improvement on Component Qualification and Supplier assessment procedures
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in electronic related
2. More than 10 years related experience in electronic product designing, component testing, 5 years management experience is a must and experience in lab management.
3. Fluent in oral and written English Skills, Self-driven and motivation
