tools/compare netlis（原理图asc,选original design）和（Use Current PCB Design)new designoutput 选options/generate differences report.比较.

为什么会这样啊？

有可是你的ASC格式不正确，你可以把刚从原理图导好的的PCB再导成ASC文件作为原始档保存，以后完成Layout时再compare，若没有问题会出现如下的Layout.log：
