我在公司测试一款主板时,当测试程序进行到 setting up power supplier时,程序中止,测试画面出现如下信息:
R350 The power supplies are in over-voltage levels have been programmed to the maximum allowable level for each supply.check to see that this voltage has not been exceeded on the board. The over-voltage protection circuitry may also be tripped if small negative voltages (even tenths of volts) are present on the board.,or if there is a problem with the power supply sense connections to the board. one supply with an over-voltage condition may cause the other supplies to pull over-voltage ,so be sure to check all supplies at line 2261.
我查看了一下,在程序中2261行是供5V的,
这片板的上电部分是这样的。
sps 1 ,3.30,2.00
sps 7,12,0.25
sps 8,12,0.25
sps 3,5,0.5
sps 5,5,0.5
后来我加上了 rps 语句,
显式出:
3.3 1.3
12.006 .0765
12 .048
4.99 .22
.082 0
从这组数据看很显然是最后一组的5 V 出了问题
我在想会不会是,这片板的这个上电点偏了,
因为其它板没有现这种情况,
当然想找这5V是从那个点上的时候,才发现,我无从下手找这个点,
我想问这个上电点怎么样去找呢。
我还想问题Agilent 在什么时候何种情况会出现这各 over-voltage protection的问题?
出现这种情况是怎样查找 更有用的信息呢?
