不能连接源文件。。

在NIOS IDE下，编译提示：

你是不是装了其他的shell啊，类似cygwin的东西。

我也遇到了这个问题，解决方法如下：
我们可能都是安装的那个“绿色版”Quartus，造成注册表不完善
请在“C:\altera\quartus60\bin\cygwin”目录找到cygreg.bat文件，然后在命令行下执行
“cygreg C:\altera\quartus60\bin\cygwin”即可
注意，此处C:\altera\quartus60\bin\cygwin是我的安装目录，你自己根据情况修改
