用的是TIccs5.0版本，下载官方的代码程序，显示出ailed Software Reset: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.747.0)
C28xx: Trouble Reading PC Register: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.0.747.0) 。
然后测试芯片TMS320F28069的复位引脚一直处于复位状态，但不知道如何去解决这个问题，希望能够得到大侠的帮助
