基于氮化镓场效应晶体管的装置的波形图是在22 V电源电压时取得(图7),基于MOSFET器件的装置看图8。波形图展示了较低栅极电压(青色部分)、开关节点(紫色)、发射线圈的输入电流(绿色)及接收线圈的输出电压(黄色)。我们使用Athena Energy [11]制造的Rogowski线圈电流探测器来探测线圈电流。在整套线圈其中的一个匹配电感器绑着pick-up传感器。
