为什么SMAC中没用到呢？？

OSAL是一个简单的OS，其实不能算严格意义的操作系统，但是有一些调度的功能。

smac当然不需要这个了。smac仅仅是告诉你如果使用13192，有一些简单的类似mac的函数帮助你实现简单的功能。
