其中在写程序前后分别执行了：

我看了这两个工程所生成得文件，是空的，跟这有关系么？
请各位不吝赐教！

你可以用wizard引导建一个新的project，不做任何修改，然后用调试功能写芯片试试。

应该是编程电压的问题，我已经在板子上打开了使能位ROMON，可还是这样

那可能需要再仔细检查一下硬件了。或者用解密（unsecure）试试。

一般处于加密状态时就无法连接。不管是否加密，都可以unsecure试试。

我用Unsecure，却被告知：
derivative can not be unsecured!!!
The unsecured command file might be missing or disable.
Why?

你用的是4.6版的CodeWarrior吗？重新下载安装一遍试试吧。

谢谢版主的帮助，问题解决了，在创建共产能够时，我用的时USB连BDM，而且用P&E Multilink_CyclonePro就出那问题，现在用Full Chip simulation就好了

P&E Multilink_CyclonePro和Full Chip simulation有什么区别？
我用的是USB接BDM，上面写着USB Multilink

晕啊！还是那个问题，我被愚了！Full Chip simulation模式是脱离硬件的仿真，其实他没有硬件也可以调试程序。最终还是没有能下进去啊！！
郁闷！哪位能指点一下。怎么回事啊？？？

我试过你的project了，没有问题。写入我的板子可以调试和仿真。你再检查一下硬件吧。也可以重装一下CodeWarrior试试。
