(1)Full Chip Simulation:
Freescale Full Chip Simulation with simulation of on-chip peripherals. Later on in the debugger you can switch to hardware debugging.
(2)P&E Multilink/Cyclone Pro:
Connect to P&E BDM Multilink (USB and parallel) or P&E Cyclone Pro (USB, Serial and TCP/IP).
(3)SofTec HCS12:
Connect to any of the USB-based SofTec Microsystems tools for HCS12 (inDART-HCS12, etc...).
(4)Abatron BDI:
Connect to the hardware board using Abatron hardware (BDI-HS or BDI1000) through BDM connection.
(5)HCS12 Serial Monitor:
Connect to a board through Freescale HCS12 Serial Monitor. Freescale HCS12 Serial Monitor must be on the board before connecting.
(6)TBDML:
Connect to a board through Freescale TBDML (TurboBDM Light).

Full Chip Simulation是纯软件仿真；其他的是硬件调试连接，但使用不同的连接工具。

就是不同公司，不同品牌的各种连接工具，如P&E的MultiLink或CyclonePro,还有Softech公司的，以及开源的TBDML等。
