candence16.5增加了许多功能，在PSpice模块上增了许多元器件库。新模型如下：
        MOSFET Drivers
        Supervisory IC
        Optocouplers
        Voltage Mode Control PWM Controller Models
        Offline IC Switches
        Power Inductors
        Solid State Relays
        Charge Pump-based DC/DC Regulator
        Integration of Operational Amplifier Models from Vendor
