官方对Win7的正式支持可能要等到13.x，目前12.x只是测试性的支持Win7；
偶现在还在用11，台式机是Win7(32bit)+ISE11.4，可以正常使用；笔记本新换的固态硬盘，装了Win7(32bit)+ISE11.4，死活用不起来；后来试验发现11.1是可以的，即不打11.4补丁正常，打了补丁反而不能用了；
主要症状为：
在使用CORE Generator时会提示无法访问某某.log文件：- Welcome to Xilinx CORE Generator.
- Help system initialised.
- Opening project file C:\temp\coregen2\coregen.cgp.
- WARNING:sim:381 - Unable to determine location of PDF viewer
- Customizing IP...
- Finished Customizing.
- Generating IP...
