初学fpga，用ise7练习自带的qst.pdf中的过程时，遇见两个问题 qst, pdf, fpga, 练习, 初学

一是：在Analyze Post-Place & Route Static Timing process步骤，运行Analyze － Against Timing Constraints....后出现如下消息：

请问这是什么意思，要如何解决？

二是在qst中写道：

1. Double-click the View/Edit Routed Design (FPGA Editor) process found in the Place
& Route group of processes. Your implemented design opens in the FPGA Editor.

但是我的ise中就没有View/Edit Routed Design (FPGA Editor)这个过程，这是怎么回事？和我安装的时modelsim有没有关系？
