P&E烧写器问题！ 单片机

单片机未加外部电源的情况下可以用P&E烧写，但中途出错。错误为：Trying Security $FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Invalid/No Response.
(Failure of 68HC08 to respond properly.Check connections.)
ERROR 48 during script!

若加了外部电源后却无法烧写程序了。不知道是怎么回事？

什么芯片，用什么工具？什么软件？
先要仔细检查一下硬件，包括晶振、复位电路等。

908GZ60,烧写器是USB MON08 MULTILINK,软件为codewarrior IDE.
前些天外加电源时还可以使用的。请斑竹多多指教啊！

MON08接口的15脚Vout在芯片采用外部电源时应断开连接，而且在连接时也要进行相应的设定。
