ATD, ADC

应该没什么不同，只是在不同的地方采用了不同的名称而已。

但在DATA SHEET上看见一句“The ADC module is different from the ATD module”何故？？谢谢

我没有找到你说的User guide或者application note，不知道这个文档的编号是什么

从你贴出来的原文看，就是strongchen版主说的，没有什么区别，只是名称不同而已
ATD就是Analog-to-Digital
ADC就是Analog-to-Digital converter
