HOLTEK半导体新推出内建整合多级放大器(OPA)、比较器(CMP)及稳压器(LDO)的微控制器HT46RS03、HT46RS03P。具有ROM为2k*15、RAM为128 bytes、I/O最多为16埠。除此之外，内建三个OPA及一个CMP组件，输入Offset可以透过软件调整的方式调整至?mV；内建一个8 bit及一个16 Bit Timer；提供Crystal 或ERC (External R.C.)的振荡电路，系统频率最高可达16MHz，其中ERC振荡电路经内部校正，在全工作电压及温度范围，振荡频率误差小于10％以内。HT46RS03P更内建一个5V稳压器，其输入电压可达24V，可提供系统稳定电源。其高度整合性架构，提供使用者一个具有优异性价比的解决方案。
