怀疑还是硬件方面的问题. 请仔细检查硬件. 另外你的 JTAG 是通过并口连接的吗? 很多机器的并口总是有问题, 还有初始化和设置的问题. 请仔细检查. 建议可以换一台机器试试.[em01]

Customer might accidentially lock up the internal flash. But they can unlock the internal flash by:
1) Check the Flash security &protection feature is disabled in CPU bean.
Open CPU bean inspector -> Properities -> +Flash security&protection, select Disable
2) Then click Debug button on the very top of CodeWarrior IDE, A downward pull down manual will appear on the screen. Click DSP56800E which is 2nd line from bottom, they will see the two chooses: lock and unlock. Click "Unlock" , so next when they download the code, CodeWarrior will unlock the internal flash.
