我的不能用了，怎么回事啊？电路问题可能是那些？

但是通电接下载线后3脚电平仍然为低。提示说：there is no niosII processer with debug module match with the specified value.

不知道是什么问题？我已经将cpu重新编译过后，仍然出错。
