烧写程序Warning和Debug窗口操作EEPROM EEPROM, Warning, Debug, 窗口, 程序

各位大侠：
我现在用mc9s12xep100 Demo板和CW4.5.请问在Debug窗口中能直接操作EEPROM吗？如果可以的话该如何操作？
另外，我在烧写程序的时候老是给我以下提示：
Flash Warning
Attemp to run or to step an application while FLASH module are selected.Do
you want to unselect all modules and run/steps?

请问这是什么原因？该如何消除这个Warning?
