ByteBlaster, cables, power, not, 求助

我用EPC2LC20来配置EPF10K10LC84-4。下载线为ALTERA公司的ByteBlaster（MV）并行下载线。采用的是JTAG接口来编程的。

最初我按照《EDA技术实用教程》潘松编写。中的P70页的电路图连接的。不能成功下载。

显示：ByteBlaster is not present-check power and cables.
