Wait Mode下
When an interrupt request occurs, the CPU exits the wait mode and
resumes processing, beginning with the stacking operations leading to the interrupt service routine.
但我做实验发现，串口中断仅使the CPU exits the wait mode ，而并没有进入interrupt service routine，请斑竹确认一下是不是DATA SHEET上的这句话有问题。
