MC1321x flash 的 verification failed at address 0x0000182C[求助]
我已经写了一段时间的program, 之前都work的很正常,
突然的, BDM在verify MC1321x的flash里面的program,
它的错误讯息是 :: Loading verification failed at address 0x0000182C
但是同样的方法, 同一个program, 在我的另一个MC1321x中, 就很正常
这应该是Flash损坏
我下order的时间是 97/02/02
请问, 有过保固期吗??
或是我要重新买??

1个就没办法test传输了 |

Do you have an external programer (BDM) or you are using the bootloader to load the code
with the Test Tool software? if you load the code using a BDM the bootloader application
is erased and after that the Test Tool won't be able to flash code anymore, atleast the
bootloader application be loaded using the BDM. if you are flashing code via bootloader
and the power is turned off the application crashes and any other applications cannot be
flashed atleast the bootloader be loaded using the BDM.

唉.... 另外一个刚刚挂...
问题一样, 都是flash
多撑了12天....
大约270美元....
就这样飞了....
要重买吗?? 会肉痛耶....
另外 freescale的回音是 :: 要我寄 snap shot, 早上已经寄了... |
