7.1版本与6.0不同,配置之后还得配置复位地址与异常地址,它不像6.0一像自动选择

另外:根据Error: One or more components could not be located (altera_nios2). Check Global User Libraries under Tools->Options... in Quartus II.你应该没有装IP library,把它装并破解好应该可以解决了,这个问题我也遇到过
