关于F2812有源晶振的问题！ 电路板, 电路图

我做的一块F2812的电路板，可是有源晶振出了点问题。具体的问题是，30M有源晶振(3.3伏)的输出有正常的波形，可是经过SN74LVC1G14转到1.8伏输出到DSP的X1脚就没有信号了。具体电路图如下：即是2脚有输入，但是4脚没有输出！（注：DSP_VDD是3.3v）经检测SN74LVC1G14芯片本

这个是我参考ti的EZf2812设计的，附上电路图。
Design Notes:
1. The TMS320F2812 X1/CLKIN pin is +1.8 volt input. The clock input is
buffered with a SN74LVC1G14 whose supply is +1.8 volts. This provides
+3.3 volts to the +1.8 volt clock translation. Refer to sheet 4 of the
