为什么我用sopc builder生成NIOS II软核的目标文件中没有SDK文件夹 SDK, builder, NIOS, sopc, 目标

生成SDK的时候跳过了，TCL也跳过了。
是不是证明没有建立目标文件？ 为什么会这样呢？
