用NiosII/e或NiosII/s ，系统正常运行；但换成NiosII/f ，系统不能正常运行，为什么？

有个FPGA的问题要请教，高手们帮忙看看呀，先谢谢了！
我使用DE0开发板，quartrsII 8.1 ,NiosII8.1 。在SOPC中组建的系统包括以下组件：NiosII,onchip_memory(设置为ram，30KB),lcd240128(自建液晶接口,set up:20ns,read wait:20ns,write wait:20ns, hold:20ns, slave addressing: native);
NiosII核中Reset Vector nchip_memory , Exception
Vectornchip_memory ;
在NiosII IDE建立软件工程后，系统库属性中的设置：program memorynchip_memory,read-only data memorynchip_memory,read/write data memorynchip_memory,heap memorynchip_memory, stack memorynchip_memory；
现在问题是：如果NiosII核使用NiosII/e或者NiosII/s ，系统都能正常运行，液晶也正常显示；但只要将NiosII/e或者NiosII/s 换成NiosII/f ，系统就不能正常运行，液晶显示乱码；
为什么会这样？怎样解决？
