我用的ALTERA公司的nios2 软核，在系统生成的时候还是正常的。

但是到编译的时候就会出现下面的问题：

Error: Selected device has 20 RAM location(s) of type M4K RAM.  However, the current design needs more than 20 to successfully fit.

Error: Can't fit design in device

Error: Quartus II Fitter was unsuccessful. 2 errors, 16 warnings

Error: Quartus II Full Compilation was unsuccessful. 2 errors, 202 warnings

当我将JTAG模块去掉时，编译不会出现上面问题，但是有很多的警告：

请大哥帮忙解决一下

用的是EP1C6Q240C8芯片。

呵呵，你用的片内的ram过多，1C6一共只有20个M4Kram。你用多了。
