[求助]为什么加了chipscope文件,就出错啊? chipscope, 文件, 求助

各位大虾，请指点！
我在我的程序顶层文件中加了一个chipscope文件，但是总是出现以下的错误：
    ack:18 - The design is too large for the given device and package. 
    Please check the Design Summary section to see which resource requirement for
    your design exceeds the resources available in the device.
是我的器件没有资源了吗？那为什么我在顶层文件下面的一级文件中加了一个chipscope文件，并加了约束文件，就可以运行了呢？
