我在我的系统中找到两个cygwin1.dll 文件，文件大小不一样，一个在C:\WINNT\system32下面，一个在C:\altera\quartus60\bin\cygwin\bin下面，我不管删除哪个或者是互相替换都不能解决问题，删除之后编译提示无法定位。请问为什么呢？

我把QII和NII都重新安装了，并且把cygwin1.dll删除了。
