ISE5.1使用问题 error, valid, impact, 不胜感激, 下载

目前我在使用ISE5.1的程序下载过程经常出现
提示找不到“*.sig”文件，整个提示如下：
>    error:impact:1390-could not find signature file D:\2003112\txda\txda.sig
>    Auto checksum lnsertior preference is enabled.
>    Please make sure a valid signature file resides in the same directory
>    as the configuration file.
> 在往下执行程序下载失败。查找相应的文件目录没有找到“*.sig”文件，请问这个
> “*.sig”文件是在什么状况下产生的。
