还有问题！ 测试, function, 程序, 如何

在BIST测试中失败是常常有一些如下一些语句出显：the data is 24
                                                                      the data is 19
                                                                      the data is  16
                                                                       the data is 31
                                                                      the data is 28
我在testplan中的function测试程序中找到了如下的解释但是小弟还是不怎么清楚到底是如何理解！请大虾们用通俗的中文给解释一下！谢谢！
    failed to usb id
     system code failed to start
     no response from bist
     failed to run bist test
     no bist result
出现这些问题我真不知道如何去解决！请大虾帮忙分析！
