Requirment:
Bachelor's degree in related field plus a minimum of 2-4 years of related test manager experience in a hi-tech manufacturing environment required.
Must have excellent time management,team-building,verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to multi-task.High level of ethics and credibility required.
Must be goal-oriented and reliable

Job description:
Manage groups of engineers,technicians and test development team.
Plan and derect schedules and budgets.
Communicate with customer on their test requirements and problem.
