我的９Ｓ１２ＤＧ１２８ＭＰＶ新做的试制板，第二块板仿真器能识别芯片，但是在ＣＯＭＭＡＮＤ窗口看到的芯片总线速度为１．２ＭＨＺ，实际我使用的是１６ＭＨＺ有源晶振，示波器测量频率很准！
请教各位这是什么原因？通过串口初始化的发送速度，也证明总线速度不为８ＭＨＺ．另芯片是用手工焊的，效果很差！下面是ＣＯＭＭＡＮＤ中的相关信息：
