MC1321x flash 的 verification failed at address 0x0000182C[求助] verification, address, failed, flash, 求助

我已经写了一段时间的program, 之前都work的很正常,
突然的, BDM在verify MC1321x的flash里面的program,
它的错误讯息是 :: Loading verification failed at address 0x0000182C
但是同样的方法, 同一个program, 在我的另一个MC1321x中, 就很正常

这应该是Flash损坏

我下order的时间是 97/02/02
请问, 有过保固期吗??
或是我要重新买??

用internet在美国买的, 已经在周日发service request问了
到目前都没回音, 所以来此问问看

坏了几片？如果是一、两片的话，可能价值还不如寄过来的费用。再说，人家也要先确定到底是出了什么问题才能处理。

1个就没办法test传输了

一般情况下，好像不会出现这种情况的，在正常的情况下，FLASH应该至少可以烧写十万次的吧。你用的是电池供电，还是电源？如果是电池，你可以检查一下电池的电压是不是已经不够了呢。或则是其他什么原因的。

Do you have an external programer (BDM) or you are using the bootloader to load the code
with the Test Tool software? if you load the code using a BDM the bootloader application
is erased and after that the Test Tool won't be able to flash code anymore, atleast the
bootloader application be loaded using the BDM. if you are flashing code via bootloader
and the power is turned off the application crashes and any other applications cannot be
flashed atleast the bootloader be loaded using the BDM.

唉.... 另外一个刚刚挂...
问题一样, 都是flash
多撑了12天....

大约270美元....
就这样飞了....
要重买吗?? 会肉痛耶....

另外 freescale的回音是 :: 要我寄 snap shot, 早上已经寄了...

正常的芯片不会两个都挂了。应该是你操作中或者电路上有什么问题
你的板子是自己做的吗？有没有原理图可以看看？
你的BDM是P&E做的BDM还是其他的？
