此职位要求如下：
Job Responsibilities
To mainly provide Technical English communication support to the Asia Pacific Regional Support Center in Shanghai.
Handle high volume daily customer service requests on-line in a professional manner.
Prepare correspondence, either in Chinese or English independently.  
Arrange and participate in internal and external conference calls, include technical English interpretations and prepare meeting notes.
Provide administrative support to the team.

Job Requirements
Technical English Translation qualifications and minimum 2 years working experience with multinational company. Knowledge in Electronic Engineering a plus.
Must have hands-on experience in English technical translation, CET8 certification is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, independent and initiative.
Self-motivated and able to work as a team player.
Strong PC knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, Outlook (email, calendar and contact).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
