自己做了块板子，下载配置时只能检测到FPGA（XC2S200），检测不到PROM（XC18V02）。
而且对fpga进行配置时也出错，提示IDCODE不匹配。
我已经把下载线改短了，还是不行。下载线应该是没问题的，因为用在另一块Spartan3的板子上是可以用的。
